In coaching with me you are listened to deeply and with empathy, so that you feel accepted, supported, and understood. I provide a neutral, encouraging, kind place, where you are listened to in such a way that you are able to……

  • Brainstorm new approaches.

My philosophy of coaching

My approach to coaching is based on the principles of  A.C.T , Positive psychology, Mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophy.

Some underlying principles to my approach are……

  • That being happy and fulfilled is a choice, a skill, a behavior, and an attitude that can be learnt.
  • That having painful feelings or difficult experiences is a normal natural part of being human, and does not mean anything is wrong with you.
  • That life becomes meaningful and fulfilling when we centre our choices and actions around what truly matters to us.
  • That focusing on what is already working, and what we do well, is more motivating and effective in creating change than dwelling on what’s wrong.
