I am a Hamilton based coach who is committed to helping people learn and practice the skills and approaches that promote happiness. I’ve spent decades gaining skills, perspectives and insights that can also work for you.
My approach is based on the understanding that happiness is achievable for all of us, and the skills and strategies required for a happier life can be learned.

It should also be noted, that I don’t believe anyone will be 100% happy 100% of the time. True happiness involves recognising that as humans it’s perfectly normal to experience the full range of emotions including so called “negative” ones such as anger, sadness, anxiety and stress.
Instead my holistic here and now approach helps you find the kind of deep inner happiness that is not dependent on fixing your flaws, changing your outer circumstances, or getting everything sorted.
